Urban Rock! is a joint effort among GLAM! Modeling Academy and some of Houston's fashion and entertainment professionals to create a venue to discover new talent. Urban Rock! offers rappers, singers, dancers and models the experience of a production while showcasing their talent to a live and televised audience!

Audition Requirements...

Urban Rock! Unsigned Artists Competition and Fashion Revue 2005.

 Auditions for rappers, dancers, singers and models, ages 13 to 30; held on Saturdays (except Christmas and New Years Day) December 18 through January 22 from 1 pm to 3 pm; 2656 South Loop West, Suite 430. Models/Spokes models must bring headshot, comp card or photo for judging. Singers and rappers must provide instrumental version of music for audition and performance. Dancers can be individuals or groups and must provide music for audition and performance. No offensive, obscene or vulgar language permitted for audition or performance. Only talent not under contract will be considered. All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Talent will be selected for the performance competition by no later than January 22, 2005. Filming will be done by Houston's Next 5 Mic's TV Show on Warner Cable Channel 17, Fridays at 11 pm. Talent showcase is scheduled for February/March. Sponsored by GLAM!
